Racial Equity Outcomes
- Greater resources to support basic needs and promote economic opportunity
- Clear communication from the City about how to access resources
- Create opportunities for meaningful public input in the development process
- Invest in enhanced youth and arts programming
- Support individual artists' access resources
- Greater access to healthcare services, including clinics, food access and acceptance of Medicaid
- The power, flexibility and financial security to avoid critical tradeoffs
- More and better transportation options to get around town, building greater access to jobs and services
Housing Justice Outcomes
- Support environmental justice by addressing pollution and evironmental hazards in vulnerable areas
- More affordable housing to both rent and own throughout Gainesville
- Availability of community resources that support healthy living in all neighborhoods (parks, community centers, libraries)
Economic Justice Outcomes
- Keep dollars local by actively supporting local businesses and owners
- Make sure local business have a seat at the table
- Partner with employers to implement livable wages
