The City of Gainesville staff will provide an update of progress on the Comprehensive Plan, ImagineGNV, including next steps and remaining work needed to complete the Comprehensive Plan. A working draft of the Comprehensive Plan is included in backup which staff estimates is approximately 90% complete.

What to expect:

Join us for a joint workshop with the City Commission and the City Plan Board. The meeting will include a presentation on the Comprehensive Plan and the current draft created with community members and staff across many city departments.

During the workshop, we will:

• Describe the plan's power as a tool for racial equity
• Co-create a vision for an equitable Gainesville
• Define what success and progress will look like
